Shipping Policy

We KEYP it simple, here's how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KEYP is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information submitted at checkout. If an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • USA: Standard shipping est. $10 USD
  • Canada: Standard shipping est. $15 CAD
  • International: Rates vary by destination

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination
    Rural or remote areas may take longer.

Customs & Duties

For international orders:
You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by your country. These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.

Lost Packages or Delivery Delays

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, KEYP is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package is in transit or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly to open a claim or investigation:

We’re happy to help point you in the right direction, but please note that shipping issues must be resolved through the carrier once your package has left our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within Canada and the U.S. only. You can do so here.
International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
