We want you to feel good about what you buy from KEYP — and confident that if something’s not right, we’ve got you. Our products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet the criteria below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
• In brand new, unused condition.
• With all tags attached and original packaging intact.• Purchased directly from keypbeautiful.com
Order must be shipped within the USA or Canada to be eligible for a return.
If your item doesn’t meet these requirements, it won’t qualify for return or exchange.
International Orders
At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Orders shipped outside these regions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including those sent through international freight forwarders.
How Returns Work
We’ve made it easy:
• Start your return or exchange through our Returns Portal below.
• We’ll automatically generate a prepaid return label.
• A $15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’re so sorry! Please select the “Quality Guarantee” option in our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery so we can fix this for you ASAP — no return fee will apply.
Important Notes
• Refunds will only be processed once the item has been successfully returned and received by our warehouse.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit — please pack your return carefully.
• If an incorrect item is sent to KEYP by mistake, we cannot guarantee its recovery or offer compensation.
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All promotional items, including limited-edition drops, or international orders outside the USA and Canada are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Policy Abuse
Our return policy is designed to keep things fair. If we notice excessive returns, products returned in used condition, or misuse of the process, we reserve the right to deny future returns or exchanges at our discretion.
